How Do Pre-Orders Work?

Pre-Orders allow us to fund the pins, we keep them up until they have been funded so it can take a couple days or a few weeks. Once they have been funded we send them to be manufactured which can take another 3-4 weeks.

When Will My Order Ship Out?

If the item is a pre-order, this can take anywhere from 1-2 months depending on how quickly pre-order goal is filled. It is then about 3-4 weeks of production to manufacture them. We do however ship out all orders IMMEDIATELY when we receive the pins from our manufacturer. If the item is in stock, you can expect to have it shipped out within 3-5 business days.

How Do I Know My Package Has Shipped?

You will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking information once the label is created. If for any reason you haven't received this email, feel free to reach out at billing@eunnisepins.com and we can have it resent! 

I Haven't Received My Package What Do I Do?

Check with your post office and check with your neighbors! Once packages have been shipped we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages/items. We currently do not offer package insurance.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely! We do ship internationally, however, since shipping costs can be high, we always suggest joining/starting a Group Order! Email us at sales@eunnisepins.com
