How Will I Know If the Event Is Postponed/Canceled or Changed Location?

Do I Have To Attend The Event To Receive My Items?
Absolutely not! Everyone who purchases a tiered gift set will have their order shipped to them, regardless if you attend the event or not.
I Want To Donate More But Don't Need The Extra Gifts.
No problem! Go to our Donate page to send donations of any amount! Anything and Everything helps!
When Will My Order Ship Out?
All event bundles will ship out after the event on May 14th.
How Do I Know My Package Has Shipped?
If you are domestic and select USPS First Class Mail, it does not include tracked shipping. If you choose USPS First Class Package or any other options, it does include tracking info which is sent to your supplied email address.

I Haven't Received My Package What Do I Do?
Check with your post office and check with your neighbors! Once packages have been shipped we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages/items. 
Do You Ship Internationally?
Absolutely! We do ship internationally, however, since shipping costs can be high, we always suggest joining/starting a Group Order! Email us at sales@eunnisepins.com to get more info on Group Orders/pricing.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you haven't received your order or order confirmation feel free to reach out, however all previously stated still applies.
